At our Gym, you’ll find more than a training facility. You’ll find world-class instructors that will help you excel at tumbling without sacrificing any of the fun.

Flip City South is a Tumbling program that started in Lithonia Georgia. Flip City South Tumblers are the brother program of Flip City in Newark, New Jersey. Flip City has won a number of team titles since 1979, they have won numerous world titles and world records. Flip City have performed for a number of companies like, The New Jersey Nets, New York Knicks, LA Lakers, Philadelphia 76ers, Microsoft, Six Flags, Atlanta Hawks, and the 1996 U.S. Olympics to name a few.

FlipCity South is family-owned and operated right here in Stockbridge, GA. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services are the best, and come with a personal touch of love from each staff member. We opened our doors in 2011, when we realized that the Stockbridge area needed a place for people of all ages to train, compete, and have unparalleled fun in a safe and secure environment.

Coach Frank has been a tumbling coach since the age of 14, where he worked with his power tumbling team in Newark New Jersey giving him over 30+ Years of coaching experience. Coach Frank is the coach of 2 National Championship winners and over 5 National Team Members.
